If our competitors has an item in stock at a better price than us, in many cases, we will match or beat their price. If you cannot find the item you are looking for on our website, please call us at 1-888-9MANUPP or email us at manuppcigars@gmail.com . Some items we carry are not advertised on our website for a variety of reasons. Many times we can special order the specific cigars you are looking for.

Also, if your favorite cigar isn't listed on our site, tell us! We would love to know! If we feel the brand can deliver a solid value to our customers and we can offer a competitive price, we may make your boutique favorite a staple of our inventory.

⇒ Does Man-Upp Cigars ship to Canada?

Yes. Please call 1-888-9MANUPP if you wish to have your order shipped to Canada. Due to Canadian duty fees, we cannot accept payment for shipments to Canada via credit card. We require payment via Money Order or Bank Transfer only.

We comply with all customs declaration laws for tobacco shipments, and any duty fees imposed are the responsibility of the recipient. If you live in Canada and wish to have your order shipped within the United States, you must also place your order by phone, however we will be able to accept payment via credit card.

⇒ Does Man-Upp Cigars ship Internationally?

Yes. We ship all over the world, but please refer to your local tobacco import restrictions before considering making an order. Due to the wide range of laws concerning importing tobacco, we have some restrictions on shipments.

Our guidelines are as follows: A $200 (U.S. dollars) minimum purchase is required for all shipments outside of the USA and Canada. Payments must be made via Wire Transfer from bank to bank. We also require an email stating that you are willing to pay for all customs duties.

⇒ Does Man-Upp Cigars charge tax?

If shipping to an address not in the State of Colorado - If your order is shipping outside of the state of California, Man-Upp Cigars will not charge any taxes. Any applicable taxes due to your resident state are your responsibility. Man-Upp Cigars has no relationship with any state other than the state of California. If shipping to an address in California - As a tobacco distributor located in the state of Colorado, Man-Upp Cigars is required by law to charge county sales tax on all items as well as a 45.13% tobacco tax on tobacco items on any order shipped to an address in the state of California.

⇒ Is it safe to enter personal info into Man-UppCigars.com?

Yes. We use state-of-the-art 128k bit encryption to securely store your personal information. We have been in business for over a year now and have never had an internal or external security issue.

⇒ Do I have to store all personal info on your website?

No. If you do not wish to establish an online account on our website, feel free to place your orders by phone at 1-888-9MANUPP and ask for your personal information to be stored on our internal server.

We guarantee that you will receive your order in excellent condition. We ask that you inspect your cigars carefully upon receipt. If you believe that your shipment has arrived in damaged or defective condition we will credit your order in full, including shipping charges.

Please do not return any partially smoked cigars. For sampler packs and other non-tobacco merchandise, returns must be in new and unopened condition, including packaging, to receive credit.  We do reserve the right to deny or prorate credit for returns received in less than adequate condition.
